Going on several years using this
I've actually lost track of how many years I've been using this concealer.. I've tried the brightening concealer in golden peach as well but found it to be too light and coming off by the end of the day. I have pigmented acne scars that I want to remain covered throughout the day so I found the long last concealer in golden peach to do the job!
Covers extremely well
I love the long last concealer. So much so that i need a constant supply. It cover well and stays put. This is the only makeup brand I use period!!
Love this for covering blemishes! It works great and doesn't cause more breakouts
Feels Great- Not the Best Coverage for Redness
I bought this concealer based on the reviews since several people said it had great build-able coverage, but I have mixed feelings about it. It feels amazing. It is soft and silky on the skin. The color of it was great, and it also blended well. I have the foundation that correlates with this product, and the concealer in no way covers as well as the foundation does for redness. I did not find that it hid redness very well, so if you're looking for something that is specific to covering a red tint, I would try something else. But it does feel amazing, and it does last through the day. It is a good product, and I do use it as a highlight for under my eyes. It just didn't take care of the problem that I wanted it to, but since it is a great product in every other way, I wasn't willing to give a negative review. Certainly give it a go if you are not concerned about diminishing redness, because it is a fantastic concealer in every other way. I have found that the 2nd Skin products work my better for the Cherokee tints of red and yellow that the females in my family have to their skin.
I used this concealer to cover dark circles under my eyes. The warm undertones and peach shade makes it effective in concealing dark circles. It has full coverage and a thick consistency. The issue is that it is very oily and requires a lot of powder to mattify. The application of powder caused the makeup to cake and settle into fine lines/wrinkles, making me look even older. Perhaps this concealer would work better with a setting spray rather than a powder.
